On December 10, 2023, Biskra University launched the English language third session of teachers training in line with the trusteeship decisions, with 325 teachers registered divided into various levels. Two groups attend in the evening from six to nine p.m. This year, more than thirty teachers registered at the Licence level and two teachers in the master degree in English.
On December 17, 2023, Biskra University Law and Political Sciences Faculty organized, in
Chetma Pole, the events of the national forum titled « Reforming the family legislative system to reduce domestic violence: towards quality of life and human securit »y, in the presence the Vice-rector Pr. Salim Bitam, the Faculty Dean and the university community.
The Algerian University Emerging Sports Institution Future between the Scientific Approach and Its Application Mechanisms” is the forum title organized by the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities. The University Rector, Mr.
Mahmoud Dababeche, with the university community and officials attended. In his statement, the Director of the Institute, Mr. Hamid Dashari, praised the efforts of the forum’s scientific and organization committees to embody Resolution 1275.
On December 13, 2023, Biskra Wilaya Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture, with Agriculture Department organized the First National Forum on “Freshwater Aquaculture The University Rector, the Director of Fisheries, the Director of the Scientific and Technical Research Centre for Arid Areas, the Director of the National Institute of Agricultural Research, the Director of Agricultural Services, the Director of Irrigation, and the Director of the Liaison Office between the University and institutions attended the event.

December 12, 2023, the Great Lecture Hall Omar Assassi held ‘The Public Accounting System Reform in Strengthening the Public Institutions Governance’ First National Forum events, organized by the Department of Financial Sciences and Accounting at the Biskra University via the Laboratory of Finance, Banking and Business Administration and in cooperation with the Regional Directorate of Budget at Ouargla. The university community attended along with the Regional Director of Budget at Ouargla his delegation, the Wilaya officials, local security and military authorities, participating university guest teachers.
