واستكمالاً لبرنامج الزيارة الوزارية، قام معالي وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بتدشين أول وحدة إنتاج للعلف الحيواني تابعة لمركز البحث العلمي والتقني للمناطق الجافة، الذي يُعدّ المركز الأول وطنيًا من حيث عدد براءات الاختراع. خلال زيارة معالي وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لجامعة بسكرة، قام السيد الوزير بتدشين مكتب الاستشارات والبحث والتطوير، الذي يعتبر مؤسسة اقتصادية للجامعة في شكل شركة ذات أسهم، وهو هيكل جديد يهدف إلى تقديم حلول علمية وابتكارية لمختلف القطاعات على المستوى المحلي والوطني والدولي.
وكان في استقبال معالي الوزير والسيد الوالي المحترم والوفد المرافق لهما إطارات ومسؤولي الأسرة الجامعية.
The visit began at the Wilaya headquarters, where the Wali gave a presentation on the local
development reality. Then, the University Rector, Prof. Mahmoud Debabeche, made a
comprehensive presentation, reviewing the University development and its strategic projects,
followed by a presentation of the Scientific and Technical Research Centre for the Arid
Regions (CRSTRA) representative on the activities and achievements of the Centre.
Biskra Wilaya witnessed Biskra University, Pr Hanane Bedjaoui, honouring by the Minister
of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Wali of Biskra and the Rector of the
University of Biskra,
The registration process is extended for those who wish to purchase an Eid Al-Adha sacrifice
for the employees of Biskra University.
