Working visit of the Higher Education and Scientific Research to Biskra University and Research institutions

    Mr Kamel Badari, the Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister, arrived in BiskraFB IMG 1744746973551
    Wilaya on 15 April 2025,

    for a working and inspection visit to a number of university and
    research institutions. The Wilaya authorities headed by Lakhdar Mr Seddas, Biskra Wali,
    Biskra University Rector, Pr Mahmoud Debabeche, and security and civil authorities’
    representatives, received the Minister at Biskra Airport. The visit is a field programme to
    various university facilities, to monitoring progress and strengthening partnerships between
    the university and the business sector.
